I have too much to say in a ?message, so I'm gonna post this here.. because as milo says, this forum needs some life! (and some emoticons!)

It appears to me that TournyBot increments / decrements the player rRating and team Rating fields and never averages the numbers.. so I think with Tourny not being reset for so long, the extremely high/low numbers we're seeing are possible. The winners rating increases while the losers decreases, and how much it is adjusted depends on the rating of the opponent. So I can imagine the extreme lows/highs make the tourny stats fairly.. well, unuseful.

I could be wrong, I didn't walk every line of the code, but that's what it looks like to me. I say we play God and reset tourny stats and see what happens. And I'd recommend it being reset frequently enough that these trillion+ ratings don't happen… if they do, we're gonna need to change those columns to a new number datatype that allows for larger/smaller numbers.
