Roboreplacement doesn't unlock if the arena is already locked when entering

Since there is no good way to check whether or not the arena is locked (except by locking or unlocking and then tracking the message), I'm not sure what we should do.

I guess the bot should send a *lock, check the message, and respond appropriately. Find a class that uses the *info command on players, such as pubhubalias, to figure out how to do this — fairly easy and easily adaptable to this situation. (A good small project for someone learning the ropes.)

No need to do anything about it since I'm working on a new elim bot. Roboreplacement isn't used anyway and it's known for its (many) bugs. See ticket:13.
