Description

Qan would you please set up the spawn point limit equation to reflect that people currently in spec should not change spawn points but instead, only player who are currently active and do not have a status of spec.

This is not so much a problem with spawn points as with idle players. (Spec players do not count toward this number.)

We could change MaxDeathWithoutFiring so that idle players are more readily kicked. Or send them to spec via bot instead. (The second is probably a better option, as it at least leaves the player connected. However, this is tough to implement because you would need to track WeaponFired packets, which aren't a great indicator anyhow, considering not all weapons packets will be received, depending on where the bot is.)

Thank you for your response.

I always assumed that the spectators did not affect the overall spawn echelon. But what i am referring to is the low threshold for spawn echelon reset. So lets say if there are 5 people playing all the people spawn within the base. When we reach 10 lets say you suddenly start spawning outside of base but above the yellow line, at 20 lets say 3 grid spaces further.. etc etc... my concern is that the spawn thresholds are so low that you have to travel so far with so few people playing to be back in basic game play. i would raise the spawn threshold, to allow for more players before reseting the spawn points to greater distances apart.

Forgot I finished this one!

I moved it from a 2 tier to 3 tier spawn system. I think it works like this: w/ up to 12 players, everyone spawns in mid (or close to it) like the original mid spawn. Below 16, players spawn in the base, including the many lower base spawn points. With any amount past that, players will spawn normally (no warp).
