Messagebot database and bot rebuild

Rebuild of Messagebot's coding and database schema for better maintainability, stability and reliability.

Once this is done, it's possible to add all kind of features to finally make MessageBot the communication device we all want.

This feature is requested by MirrorriM:

Hey, would be it possible for there to be an option for channel ops to see who has read the messages they send? Like I send a message to all of staff and it tells me that kim, ph, and PL have read it.

Pio, clean up the bot a bit when you are working at it.
If you can do some SQL you might even want to change the database schema as it's totally rubbish now.

No offense to the original reporter but first priority would be to redesign and/or rebuild the bot and SQL schematics before new enhancements are added.

I'll look into rewriting the schema to something sane, writing a converter, recoding th e bot. And then people can drown me in feature requests...

Not got much done or really looked at it until I got back from uni, although it will get done some time during the easter break.

I did a bit of work on MessageBot a while back, adding in a few features and making it slightly more functional; it still does need a DB redesign, though. The best route is to probably alter the DB (for example, using IDs for players, preferably ones stored in another DB such as tblUser, to cross-reference to msgIDs). Then we can make the bot work with the altered system. Not too tough, but a little annoying as far as work goes...
