Staffbot !warnings and !allwarnings responses

!warnings, !warningsfrom response is a bit confusing:

:StaffBot:!warnings falk
(StaffBot)>Warnings in database for falk:
(StaffBot)>26 Dec 2007  MatchBot2 (twjd) to Falk: *warn Do not talk during blueout!
(StaffBot)>12 valid warnings and 11 expired warnings displayed.

Only 1 valid warning was displayed while 11 were surpressed.

If you do !allwarnings Falk:

(StaffBot)>Warnings in database for falk:
[...]
(StaffBot)>12 valid warnings displayed (suppressed 11 expired).  !allwarnings to display all.

It does display all the warnings but the response is still weird.

Also, it seems when you do !warnings on an non existing player, it also does !fuzzyplayer:

:StaffBot:!warnings turmoid
(StaffBot)>Warnings in database for turmoid:
(StaffBot)>0 valid warnings and 0 expired warnings displayed.
(StaffBot)>Names in warning DB starting with 'turmoid':
