Staffbot problem

When checking Ma /erick's warnings, it only shows up on Ma/erick. Misses the .

Database contents:

As you can see there are a few problems;

1. the query that inserts the *warn into the database
2. the name specified at the !warnings command (probably related to the first problem)

I added Tools.addSlashes() to the names and *warning message that was being inserted into the database, this should solve this problem.
