Change acro module against racism

Description

Add !showline # and !removeline commands to the acro module as a way to see who is doing racistial lines and remove them if necessary

!showanswers will do as appears; also each answer is now checked for racism, and reported with ?cheater if one contains any.

I figure !removeline is not necessary, as a mod will just warn or ban the guy (on the offchance the acro gets through the filter). I didn't do !showline for a specific line as it's more work, and this is just Acromania, after all.
