remote !status on elfbots

I think that the elfbots should allowed remote !status. That way people can check on elim/baseelim by typing :#elfbots:!status (I used to have :#bots:!status macro'd). It's convenient and might increase population in those arenas. I know I've played significantly less elims since not being able to do that.

Hey Milo. I was working on a major revision for this, and I know you didn't know, but I would have appreciated a heads up on it to avoid the annoyance of merging. Really I should have locked the resource, but we do keep it pretty casual. No big deal, though; should be able to incorporate the changes without too much effort. (Part of the reason it will be a little more hassle is because I eliminated the unnecessary constant retrievals to IDs stored in the Message object by using a local var.) Oh well.
