Remove warnings from staffbot

Description

Hey, it would be nice if there was a way to remove a warning from staffbot. Atm people use "*warn ignore the last warning" sometimes people don't notice this and it can cause some confusion.

There needs to be a certain access level set to it ofcourse.

Update: The code itself is simple, but I'm relatively new to remote data-basing so this could take awhile coupled with a number of other things (college).

It's just a delete query, but I'm stuck on initializing my own db to connect for test purposes.

If time is critical, you can pass this to someone with more db exp.

If you want, I can give you the connection details to the test database at twcore.org ? You can even browse it easily with PHPMyAdmin at mysql.twcore.org.

I'm sorry koen, I took this ticket a month ago and now I'll have to release it as I'm just too 'cluster fucked' at the moment now. If this was purely local module enhancement(not pulling from a remote db) this would be done. Right now, about a day after I accepted this ticket, I looked it over, and tried to ramp up my local db and it failed horribly :p . Everything else was just delay and db confusion, the code itself is simple.

Someone with more DB expertise can probably prop this up in under an hour.

ps: Ray tracing algorithms suck :/
