ZONERBOT !renew and !reclaim commands

Currently, zonerbot is setup whereby a staffer claims an advert via !claim. once an advert is !claim'ed, that staffer has 5 minutes to use the advert, if they fail to use the advert in 5 minutes, it expires and the next person in the advert queue will get granted 5 minutes to use the advert.

The Change, I'd like a !renew and/or !reclaim command where IF and ONLY IF you own the current claimed advert, and it is going to expire, you can PM zonerbot with !renew/!reclaim, and he will reset your advert time to 5 minutes.

The Benefit: This way, if there is an event going, and its going to last more than 5 minutes, the staffer in the queue can claim an advert, and not lose it until they stop !renew'ing.
