In the module "rabbit" Arena messages are displayed wrong

Description

After starting up a game of Rabbit, when the bot does the arena messages regarding who is the rabbit and such, it does "playername is now the rabbit!%%20" It will display what sound the host set up in the message:sound command instead of playing the sound.

User error. Don't put the % in before the sound number. :P
