Can't add subbed out people to twbd matches after !addplayer

Lets get it fixed.

Subbed out people still have a ship type by bot and they're still on gameplay list.
playername - substituted - 8
MatchBot4> Could not add player playername: Player is already in either of the teams

I understand that people could have more lives on dd or jd with this but I don't see a reason why it couldn't be possible in bd since the bot alerady sums up different shiptypes and they can be subbed back in gameplay again.
