Replying to Maverick: Can you verify whether the hub is then aquiring the playername from the stats box that displays the carrot top in-game, or whether it is read from an *info command? If the latter, biller outage does not impact on the way names are displayed in that command and as such will continue to believe the alias is accurate.

The bot takes the display name from the player and checks if it starts with a ^ , it doesn't take the name from *info. (I'm curious as to what *info says when the biller is down though.)
