Double Elimination Tourny Bot

I'd like to request a bot that can feature a double elimination tournament style. This is something I'd like to use for the upcoming Paid Entry Tournament. It makes sense that the players should be able to play at least more than one round after paying $5 to enter. I would like to see if it could be done within 1 month(May 25th), which would give us time to test it before the event is hosted. I'd appreciate any input as to rather it is possible to do this within the that time.

What are the specific requirements the bot needs to do? "Double elimination tournament style" is a bit vague. Please describe exactly which steps the bot needs to take to host it.

I thought it was going to be similar to the tournybot?

I would like the same exact style of bot as ?go tourny, but to allow players to lose twice with in a tournament before they are considered out. For example, all players get randomly paired with another player for the tournament, but if they lose that round, they are allowed to continue playing until the lose one more time then they are considered out. I really don't know how to explain it too much better. If you'd like, message me in trench wars and I'll try to explain it better.
