Description

I need a bot that can track the TWD related help calls that come in, to see how many we get per day to properly determine how many TWD ops we need. I also want it to show which TWD ops take the calls to track TWD op performance.

A late update but the bot has been finished and is up & running in TW. The recognition of when a call is TWD related may be improved but time will tell.
