Some external utility commands don't work with @!command@@

!lock
!load twscript
!load prizes
!addaction !brick @!prizefreq brick:1@@
!brick

doesnt work :(

Create fire and kill event commands that can be made specific to weapon type

Instead of just !firemsg blah perhaps !firemsg <weap>:blah and the same for !killmsg.
