Description

A simple base bot to help to host ?go hockey, ?go blue, and any kind of basing event can be useful
. determine turn to pick
. add players
. remove players
. set captains
. get most kills/points MVP player
. handle ships in arena, like limits
. very simple bot, won't use any database
. any specific detail to event (method) will be made in a utility to host with this base bot
