At the request of Maverick, I am passing along some info about a player issue with duelbot.
I fielded a help call from username "Charis" approximately 5am EST on Apr 29 stating that duelbot is still not letting him sign up for duel. I have taken similar calls from a different player (whose name escapes memory) approximately a week ago, and he claims to have attempted to sign up several days in a row.
When he PM's duelbot with the !signup command, he receives no response. When he PM's it with !enable, it says "Problem retreiving your info from database. Please try again later, or talk to a staff member."
