Lag at end of basing games

Description

At the end of any basing game (be it twbd matches or ?go base), the bot lags at 58 seconds, even though it knows time has ended. I am thinking this is caused by the bot sending stats to the database and whatnot. If so, could there be a delay of maybe 3 seconds before that data is stored? Otherwise, would it be possible to figure this issue out? I've seen and been part of the occasion where the clock says 14:58 and you get flag, only to have the end of game displayed 3 seconds later.

Changed the point at where the scoreboard would be updated. This should fix the 'lagging' as well as the incorrectness in the display. (It was actually one second behind.)

The mentioned lag turned out to not be fixed in a full game. The timer checked out to be more accurate though.
